Rock Springs had a solid regular season and earned a #1 seed for the 4A State Tournament but had a bit of difficulty in Casper back in November. The Tigers started out with Cheyenne East in the quarterfinal round and were defeated in three straight, 26-24, 25-20, and 25-21. That result put them in the consolation round where they were eliminated by Evanston in a very competitive match, 25-23, 27-25, and 25-18. Rock Springs finished the year with an 18-6 record.

There was no shortage of talent on this team with Cali Pollastro and Brenli Jenkins earning all-state designation with Kenady Nacey and Emily Taucher named to the all-conference group. Pollastro and Nacey were seniors, so the program is going to miss them. But Jenkins and Taucher were juniors this season. Rock Springs is expected to have 7 seniors on their roster in 2021.
