The 2021 Shrine Bowl is coming up on Saturday in Casper and the North team has been hard at work getting ready for the big show-down. At the running back spot, the North has an all-star in Jaxon Pikula who ran for close to 1900 for Thunder Basin in 2020 with 19 touchdowns. If the North can get him going, that's going to be a huge advantage.

On defense, Lander's Jack Sweeney patrol from the bandit spot, and remember, he is 3A state champion wrestler at 182 pounds and went 26-3. Sweeney also had 3 interceptions on defense for the Tiger football team in 2020 so the guy is all over the field.

We talked with both of these young men after practice on Wednesday and they have high hopes for Saturday's all-star game.
