Alexandria Trosper is the Lady Chief of Wind River on the basketball court.

With 1.4 seconds remaining, the senior got the ball, launched a 3 and it went in at the buzzer, as Wyoming Indian defeated Southeast 49-46, to win their first state title since 2004.

The Lady Chiefs (28-1) tied the game with 12 seconds to go, then forced the Lady Cyclones (19-6) to commit a 10-second violation, which set up the winning moment.

WIHS was up 37-29 at halftime, but only managed 12 second half points because of foul trouble.

SE was able to get back into the game thanks to rebounds (37-17) and 2nd chance points (18-7)

Angela Astorga led WIHS with 18 points, while Ellie Schmitt of SE was 1 better with 19.
