Big Horn Rallies to Win 2A Volleyball Title Over Sundance

Big Horn and Sundance finished 1-2 in the 2A Northeast Conference and in the 2A East regional tournament, Big Horn beat Sundance in 5 sets for first place. Sundance was the defending champion in 2A and Big Horn last won a state title in 2009, which was the last year of a three-peat in state championships.

Big Horn won the first two sets of this championship match in what turned out to be two grueling sets, 25-22 and 25-23. Sundance asserted themselves and won set 3 25-15 and set 4, 25-17. In the 5th and deciding set, it went back and forth with the Rams finally getting to celebrate 15-11. Big Horn finished the season with a record of 23-12. Sundance wraps things up at 19-12.
