Big Horn Volleyball Post-Match Remarks

Big Horn had just 2 seniors on their 2021 roster with half a dozen underclassmen. The Rams had some struggles during the regular season but put it all together in the 2A Northeast regional, (which they won) and the state tournament (which they won).

The Rams had a 2 sets to none lead and watched Sundance climb back in the state championship match by winning the next 2 sets. Big Horn finally pulled away in the 5th set to win the school's first state championship in volleyball since 2009.

Big Horn had a vocal crowd behind them and that couldn't hurt by any means. We talked to Ram players Torie Greenelsh and Emme Mullinax as well as coach Allie Nikont about this huge win on Saturday in Casper. Enjoy!
