Brick Cegelski coached football and track and field at McCormick Junior High School in Cheyenne, and at Cheyenne Central High School for nearly 30 years.

The 1980 graduate of Central, was the head football coach of his alma mater from 1996 to 2013, compiling a record of 85-87, winning the state title in 2005.
