Buffalo’s Austyn Carder Signs With Rocky Mt. for Football
Buffalo defensive lineman Austyn Carder has signed on with the Rocky Mountain College Battling Bears at the NAIA level. Carder overcame some injuries in 2018 and made significant contributions on the D-line as a senior. He had 61 defensive points with 34 tackles. Carder also competed in track and field in his career in Buffalo in the shot put and the discus.
The head coach at Rocky Mountain is former Wyoming Cowboy quarterback Chris Stutzriem and was the QB for the Pokes when they beat Tennessee in Knoxville in 2008. He also played quarterback at Indiana State and Morningside College in Iowa.
