Central’s Ellie Ferneyhough Signs With Sheridan College

Cheyenne Central multi sport athlete Ellie Ferneyhough has signed in with Sheridan College for volleyball. She led her team to an appearance in the 4A state tournament in 2019 and also played a big role in with the Indian's basketball team.

Ferneyhough was an all state selection in basketball her senior year, averaging 11 points and 8 rebounds per game. In her junior year, she was a double digit scorer as well throwing in 11 points along with 6 rebounds per game. Ferneyhough was named all state in that season as well.

She also competed in track and field, qualifying for the 4A state meet as a junior in the high jump where she placed 14th.
