Cross Country Northwest Regional Meet 2015

Some of Wyoming's best Cross Country runners raced against the best of the Northwest US.

Two-time Wyoming 3A State Champ Brody Smith of Cody won the boys race at the Nike Cross Country Northwest Regional Meet in Boise, Idaho, with a time of 15 minutes 23.6 seconds.

Two-time Wyoming 4A State Champ Chris Henry of Laramie placed 5th, clocking in at 15:37.5.

Both Smith and Henry have qualified for the Nike National Cross Country Meet, which will be held December 5th in Portland, Oregon.

The Laramie boys team placed 9th in the standings, and Star Valley finished 16th, out of 21 teams.

Jackson (9th) and Gillette (15th) were represented in the girls race.
