The 1A 6-man season kicked off on Friday and the Dubois Rams started with an impressive outing as they defeated Kaycee on the road 68-7. It was 8-7 Rams after one-quarter of play and opened things up with 28 points in the 2nd quarter and 26 more in the 3rd quarter. Wyatt Trembly had a solid game for Dubois with 134 yards rushing and 3 touchdowns. Jonah Oord scored twice with Ryan Wells and Max Claar adding TD's

Trembly was busy on the defensive side with 9 solo tackles and 7 tackles for loss. Clayton Rux was in on 10 tackles and Max Claar was in on 9 stops.

Kaycee is a young team this season and they're a bit thin on the depth side of things. Plus, they had one player out with an injury and another player was hurt in the first half and did not return.

1A 6-man looks to be very competitive this season and Dubois figures to be right in the mix. Be sure and check out our video from Friday's game in Kaycee, along with some images in our gallery. Enjoy!
