The 2025 WyoPreps Preseason Football Tour steered us to the middle of Wyoming, and the first stop was to see the Lander Valley Tigers. Head Coach Jim Burton enters his third season at the helm. Lander will be a veteran squad this year, as they return seven starters on offense and eight on defense. The Tigers were 4-5 in the 2024 season, which included a 2-3 record in the 3A East Conference. They finished fourth in league play and lost to the eventual 3A champion Star Valley in the first round of the playoffs.
