Shane and Conor McGraw will be taking their versatility across the border to South Dakota as they'll compete in football and track for Black Hill State in Spearfish. Conor McGraw is a 3 time all-state player in football in the 1A 6 man classification with 1705 yard rushing and 37 touchdowns this past season for the Miners. He rang up 281 yards rushing vs. Kaycee this season and Conor also was in on 81 tackles on defense. In 2018, Conor had 881 yards rushing with 26 TD's overall along with 48 tackles on defense.

Shane McGraw is a 2-time all-state pick in football and ran for 1415 yards and 22 touchdowns in 2019. He had 301 yards rushing and an astounding 523 all-purpose yards vs. Lingle and also accounted for 1436 passing yards and 25 TD passes. He also was in on 45 tackles on defense. In 2018, Shane ran for 762 yards and 13 touchdowns and also threw a dozen TD passes with no interceptions.

Both of those young men were outstanding in track and field. Conor was a 2-time all-state performer with 1A state championships in the 110 and 300 hurdles in 2019 with a 2nd place finish in the 100.  In 2018, he won the state title in the 200-meter dash and finished 2nd in the 100, the 110 hurdles and the 300 hurdles.

Shane was a 3-time all-state selection in track with 1A state championships in the 400-meter run and the 800 in 2019, a state championship in the 400 in 2018, and a 3rd place finish in the 800 and also won the 1A title in the 400 and the 800 in 2017.

 

Both McGraws also played basketball with Conor being named all-state for 3 years as he averaged 10 points a game this past season. Shane was named all-state once and all-conference twice on the hardwood and averaged 9 points a contest in 2019-20.
