Burns Volleyball player Madison Foley has settled on Colby Community College in Kansas as the next stop on her athletic journey. She was named All-Conference in 2A in 2023 as a libero. Her team finished 2nd at the 2A State Tournament last season, losing to Big Horn 3 sets to 1 but in Foley's junior season, the Broncs were 2A State Champions as they defeated Big Horn 3 sets to one.

Foley saw a lot of the ball in her career at Burns from the libero spot with 352 digs in her senior season with 652 service returns. She also played the latter portion of the season with a thumb injury that was surgically repaired after the conclusion of the year. Foley was also busy on the floor in her junior year with 291 digs and 570 service returns. Those kinds of numbers provided the team with consistency from the back-row which is an intangible that every team needs. Foley also played club volleyball in Fort Collins.

Colby Community College had a great season in 2023 as they advanced to the National Junior College Tournament in Hutchinson, Kansas going 1-2. The Trojans finished the year 23-11
