Natrona avenged a Week 8 loss to Sheridan with a 34 to 14 win in the 4A title game Saturday in Laramie.

NC got out to a 14 to 0 lead midway through the 2nd period before Sheridan battled back to tie the game just before half.

Natrona's TD's came on short runs by QB Jim Shellenberger.   Sheridan tallied with a minute before the half on an 11 yard "statue of liberty' play that saw Riley Ryan take a hand off from Dan Zemski then hit Alex Welch in the endzone.  The ensuing kick off was taken to the endzone on a reverse by NC's Cody Vollmer, but, it was brought back on a holding call.
They went to half at Natrona 14, Sheridan 7.

Sheridan would tie the game on 16 yard pass from Zemski to Raith Durham.   The tie was short lived as Shellenberger hit Cole Montgomery on a 65 yard TD pass on their first play from scrimmage directly after the score.

NC scored two more times and won it 34 to 14.
