The first National Signing Day for the 2023-24 recruiting period is on Wednesday.

Across the country, student-athletes from all sports, except football, can sign their National Letter of Intent starting today.

WyoPreps knows at least four Wyoming student-athletes who are signing with Division I programs during this early signing period. There will probably be more to come.

The four we know are Molly Hays from Cody High School, who will sign to play basketball at Idaho State. Maddy Stucky of Laramie High School is signing with the University of Wyoming for volleyball. Chayse Schierkolk from Kelly Walsh High School will sign at UW for swimming. Wheatland’s Lily Nichols is signing with UW for track and field. She will compete in the heptathlon, 400-meter hurdles, and middle distance.

New additions include Jordan Griess from Burns High School, who plays soccer at Cheyenne East. She will be signing at UW. Also, Ada Nelson from Cody is signing at Montana State University for cross country and track. Melody ZumBrunnen from Lusk is signing up for track at UW. Another track signing at UW is Taliah Morris from Cheyenne East.

WyoPreps loves to highlight all the student-athletes who are pursuing their passion at the next level, no matter the school or level. If you have a student-athlete signing, please let us know. You can email david@wyopreps.com. Please include a photo of the signing or a sports-action picture. Please include the proper photo credit.
