Rigan McInerney of Thunder Basin Inks with LCCC

Thunder Basin's Rigan McInerney will be heading south to Cheyenne to play volleyball and basketball at LCCC. Her prep career started in Sundance and won a state championship in volleyball in addition to being named 2A all-conference. After transferring to Thunder Basin, she was a 2-time all-state pick as a hitter, pacing her Bolt team to the state tournament.

McInerney was highly recruited in high school and has overcome some significant injury issues with her back. So the recovery process wasn't exactly easy.  She also plans on playing basketball for the Golden Eagles which is a true testament to her resolve.
