
Sheridan’s Zach Koltiska Signs with Black Hills St. for Football
Sheridan's Zach Koltiska will be taking his football skills right down I-90 and will play for Black Hills State in Spearfish, South Dakota, Koltiska was an all-conference quarterback in 4A this past season and threw for 1166 yards with 13 touchdown passes and 5 interceptions. He completed 56% of his passes and had an efficiency rating of 148. His best game in 2020 was against Cheyenne South when he threw for 224 yards and 4 TD passes and also threw a couple of touchdowns in their contest with Campbell County.
Koltiska was extremely effective in running the ball and registered rushing touchdowns. He averaged 131 all-purpose yards per game which was the best on the Sheridan squad.
The 6-3 195 pound senior also plays basketball for Sheridan and the Broncs are currently ranked #1 in 4A. Black Hills State is a Division II school that competes in the Rock Mountain Athletic Conference.
