Southeast Breaks Two Game Losing Streak at Moorcroft
The Southeast Cyclones are the reigning 1A 9 man state champions but it's been tough sledding for this group so far this season. The Cyclones did flex their muscles on Friday however with a 54-16 road win over Moorcroft to improve to 2-3. Running back Ryan Clapper had an unreal game for Southeast with over 300 yards rushing and he was averaging 131 yards per game on the ground. Clapper has been a main offensive force for this Cyclone with 157 yards all-purpose yards per game. The win for Southeast broke a two losing streak which included a 2 point loss to Wind River
Moorcroft has struggled this season at 0-5 with losses to Greybull, Saratoga, Lusk, Wright, and now Southeast. The Wolves will try and put a notch in the left column with a road game this week at Lingle-Fort Laramie. Southeast, on the other hand, has a big home game on Friday vs. Saratoga.
We have some great pics from Kellie Jo Allison to share with you on that Southeast/Moorcroft game. Enjoy!
