Thunder Basin's offense has been operating in high gear lately and they put on another show with a convincing 68-7 win over Laramie on Friday night in Gillette. The Bolts started the fireworks in the first quarter with a Kayden LaFramboise catching a couple of touchdown passes, one that covered 15 yards and the other going for 47. Dillon Glick also scored in a one-yard plunge but Laramie got on the board as well as quarterback Ben Malone threw an 18-yard TD pass to Adrien Calderon but the Plainsmen were down after one quarter 20-7.

It was much the same for Thunder Basin in the 2nd quarter as they found the end zone 3 more times. PJ Hatzenbuhler had a 15-yard run and quarterback Alonso Aguilar threw a pair of TD passes, one to Darius Felton for 30 yards and the other to Jonny Foltz for 51 yards. The Bolts also found the end zone 3 more times in the 3rd quarter as Nick Black had a 6 yard run, Raees Khan contributed a 2-yard run and Dayten Johnson scored a defensive touchdown.

Thunder Basin is 4-3 on the year and will be in Casper on Friday to take on Kelly Walsh. Laramie still has the inside track for the last playoff spot in 4A with a win this season over KW. The Plainsmen will be at 2-5 Rock Springs this week and finish the regular season against winless Cheyenne South.
