Only 1 new team enters the latest volleyball poll, which could be a sign that the creme de la creme is start to settle at the top for the rest of the season.

Gillette is no longer the unanimous #1 in the 4A poll, but aside from that, the rest of the poll is unchanged. It's Gillette, East, Evanston, Kelly Walsh and Central. The Lady Camels, Lady Trojans, along with Natrona and Sheridan head to Billings, MT on Saturday for the border vs. 3 teams from Billings and 1 from Bozeman.

In the 3A ranks, Torrington takes the number 4 spot away from Glenrock, pushing the lady Herders to #5. The 2 teams battle this week in Torrington. Douglas, Star Valley and Powell hold at 1, 2 and 3, with no big games on the horizon.

Wright shuffles up the 2A polls a little bit as the Lady Panthers jump up from #5 to #3 this week. It's still Shoshoni and Southeast on top, with Kemmerer and Burns at 4 and 5. Burns travels to Southeast this weekend in the first of 2 conference matchups between the 2 teams.

1A is a bit strange, and a bit close. Little Snake River is the unanimous #1. Lingle-Ft. Laramie collected all the 3rd place votes, yet the Lady Doggers are #2 because the voters couldn't decide which team really should be #2. Dubois and Cokeville tie at #3, both 1 vote behind Lingle. Kaycee is the new team in the polls, as the Lady Bucs are #5. They will host their own invitational this weekend, with Lingle visiting.
