Wyoming High School Football State Championship Games 2015 [POLLS]

The boys of fall have battled to become men, now they must battle one more time to become state champs!

The 2015 Wyoming High School Football State Championships will take place November 13th and 14th at War Memorial Stadium in Laramie.

Four of the 5 games are rematches from the regular season.

2A:

Wheatland 22 Glenrock 8 -  Bulldogs win first title since 1984. Daniel Chesser (Wheatland) 12 rushes 57 yards and 1 TD, and was also 6 of 19 passing for 42 yards and 1 TD.Garrett Schwindt (Glenrock) with 19 rushes for 104 yards and 1 TD.

3A:

Star Valley 31 Green River 15 - Braves win first title since 1996. Kellen Hansen (SV) rushed 14 times for 181 yards and 1 TD. Kellen McGinley (SV) rushed 15 times for 137 yards, also caught 1 pass for 38 yards and 1 TD. SV had 412 yards of rushing. Tyler Vendetti was 17 of 27 passing for 182 yards, 1 TD and 2 INT's.

6-Man:

Kaycee 51 Meeteetse 32 - Buckaroos win first title ever. Taylor Rouse (Kaycee) rushed 14 for 115 yards and scored 3 TD's. Hunter Rouse (Kaycee) was 8 of 14 passing for 118 yards, 1 TD and 1 interception which ended up being a pick 6. Carter Johnson (Meeteetse) rushed 15 times for 110 yards and 1 TD. He also caught 6 passes for 192 yards and 3 TD"s. Dalton Abarr (Meeteetse) was 4 of 6 passing for 101 yards and 2 TD's and 1 INT. Adam Poole (Meeteetse) was 11 of 22 passing for 138 yards, 2 TD's and 1 INT. Meeteetse had 7 turnovers (4 fumbles and 3 interceptions)

1A:

Upton-Sundance 33 Tongue River 14 - Dawson Butts (U-S) rushed 17 times for 114 yards. Hunter Woodard (U-S) rushed 12 times for 91 yards and scored 4 TD's. He was also 3 for 5 passing for 57 yards with 1 TD and 1 INT. Will Kerns (TR) was 16 of 35 passing for 179 yards and 2 TD's. Cody Buller (TR) caught 7 passes for 111 yards and 1 TD.

4A:

Sheridan 38 Gillette 31 - Blake Godwin (Sheridan) was 23 of 36 passing for 319 yards, 3 TD's and 2 INT's. Dontae Crow (Sheridan) caught 10 passes for 175 yards and 2 TD's. Zach Campbell (Sheridan) had a pick 6. Dalton Holst (Gillette) was 26 of 39 passing for 270 yards and 2 TD's and 1 INT.
