One of the tougher engagements in football in week 4 was in 2A as #1 Shoshoni took #4 Wind River on Thursday night. The defenses made more than their share of plays in the game especially from Shoshoni who ended up pitching a shut-out.  The Wranglers did get a 1st quarter touchdown as quarterback Alex Mills threw a 40-yard pass to Pehton Truempler to give the Wranglers a 7-0 lead

Shoshoni tacked on another TD in the 2nd quarter as Mills tossed a 27-yard pass to Nathon Cousineau so, at the halftime break, the Wranglers held a 13-0 lead. Shoshoni padded their lead in the 3rd quarter as Truempler took it to the end zone from 4 yards out to make it 19-0. The Cougars just could never get to the promised land for some points as Shoshoni wins it 19-0.

The Wranglers are 4-0 on the year and they have a monumental game on Friday afternoon on the road at Pine Bluffs. Wind River is 3-1 on the season and will host  Riverside on Friday night.
