A match-up between top-five ranked girls' soccer teams in Class 4A turned out to be one-sided last Friday in Laramie.

No. 1 Thunder Basin used three first-half goals to blank No. 5 Laramie, 3-0.

The Bolts got goals from Attie Jo Westbrook in the 18th minute, Brooke Dunham in the 27th minute, and Cena Carlson in the 35th minute of action.

Keeper Kendra Michael made the shutout stand up with a few saves in goal.

Thunder Basin controlled most of the match, as the Bolts dominated possession.

Following the win at Laramie, WyoPreps spoke with Dunham and Carlson. We asked them about the goals they scored, plus how they feel the season is going thus far.

After a victory at Cheyenne South on Saturday, 6-0, Thunder Basin remains undefeated this season. They are 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the 4A East Conference.
