Two wins and a team advances to the state tournament. Two losses and a team is eliminated.

It is the last week of the 2026 regular season for Class 3A girls’ and boys’ soccer teams in the Cowboy State.

Outside of the top seed, teams will face a one-game, loser-out match on Thursday. The winners will qualify for the state tournament, and the losers’ season is done.

Now that every team has played a game, this week features mostly regional non-conference action on the diamond.

At regionals, the top eight in individual events and the top four in relays will qualify for next week’s state track meet in Casper.

The regular season is nearly done in Wyoming prep fastpitch softball. Only four doubleheaders have to be played on Monday and Tuesday.

Week 8 will extend a little into next week because weather postponements pushed a few games into early next week.

Wyoming High School Spring Golf concludes this week with five events on the calendar.

There was a little movement in the standings after last week’s games.

Only two weeks are left. Class 3A teams will conclude the regular season this week. Class 4A schools are moving into the postseason.
