It's hard to beat a team 3 times...and it almost didn't happen.

Cokeville lost a 10-point 3rd quarter lead, but recovered when Kylee Dayton got a steal and lay-up with 1:09 to go, and then watched Farson-Eden miss a 3 at the buzzer, to win 45-43, and advance to the state championship game.

Trailing 15-9 after 1 quarter, the 2018 1A State runner-ups (25-2) outscored the opposition 17-6 in the 2nd, and led for most of the 2nd half, until Farson-Eden (21-8) tied the game at 40.

Kamille Nate led the Lady Panthers with a double-double (19 points, 11 rebounds).

Maizee Thoren of Farson-Eden was 1 rebound shy of a double-double herself, but put in 17 points for the Lady Pronghorns.

Kaytlyn Keeler put in 14 herself for F-E.

Bench scoring made a difference as Cokeville outscored Farson-Eden in that category 20-4.
