The Meeteetse Longhorns had some serious talent this season with 5-7 senior Lexi Allen named 1A all-state for the 3rd consecutive year. Senior Samantha May earned all-state status for the 2nd year in a row with Abigail May getting an all-state nomination for the first time.

The Longhorns went 19-4 this season and started out the 1A state tournament in Casper with a thrilling 23-25, 25-23, 14-25, 25-17, and 15-13 win over Southeast. In the semi-final round, Meeteetse defeated Kaycee 25-16, 25-23, 17-25, and 25-20. The Longhorns did lose to Cokeville in the title match 25.23, 25-17, 19-25, and 25-16.

It was quite a run for this program in 2020 but it will be a new world in 2021 with those three all-staters being seniors this season.
