Aspen Scherck of Kelly Walsh Signs with Gillette College

Kelly Walsh's Aspen Scherck is joining a large contingent of Wyoming high school soccer players to join the Gillette College program. Scherck at the forward position had a solid 4A State Tournament in 2023 as the Trojans won the State Championship with a 2-0 win over Jackson. Scherck scored a goal and the only goal in the Trojans State Tournament win over Laramie and then provided a 2nd half-goal in the State Championship match. Her efforts were stellar when it counted most and she played on a team that was loaded with talent.

Scherck also has extensive experience in club soccer with the Casper Blades and the 307 Select team.
