There's a new #1 ranked team in one of the boys soccer polls, while the other will have that ranking put on the line this weekend.

In Class 4A, Laramie and Sheridan are the unanimous #1 and #2, and last year's state champs and runner-ups will put it on the line this Friday in Laramie. Another ranked battle on Friday has #3 Central visiting #5 East. Meanwhile Kelly Walsh moves up to #4 and will host Evanston and Green River this weekend.

The Jackson Broncs take over the #1 ranking in Class 3A. In their last 3 games, they have more than doubled their goal score total, with wins vs. Powell, Cody and Pinedale. Buffalo slips to #2, while Worland holds at #3, but both teams are within striking distance of the top spot. Lander holds at #4, while Powell is now in at #5. The Panthers visit Cody on Saturday, and the Broncs will be looking for some payback. Star Valley dropped out of the rankings, but they have a great chance to get back into it, this weekend. The Braves play #1 Jackson and #3 Worland, back-to-back at home.
