Buffalo Boys Basketball Team Endures 2OT’s To Top Cody For 3A Title

Buffalo must really like double overtime games.

It went that far in 2015 and again this year.

The Bison (25-4) shut-out Cody in the 2nd extra 4 minutes, to win their second 3A title in 4 years, 81-72.

All-in-all, Buffalo shot 50% for the game (including 7 of 13 on 3's), compared to the Broncs 44% (7 of 20 on 3's).

Hayden Peterson led the charge with 37 points.

Lukas Glassock came off the bench to put in 19 to help out.

The Bison won the bench battle 30-7.

Cody had 3 players score in double figures...Elijah Leyva (23), Peter Klessens (18) and Reece Andre (15).
