The 2026 Wyoming High School girls' swimming and diving season begins with three sites hosting different swim meets over two days.

There were 16 players chosen in the two 3A conferences. Class 4A picked 14 players in its two leagues.

Class 3A chose 16 players in each of the two leagues. Class 4A opted for 14 players in the two conferences.

The top two finishers in an individual event and the members of a winning relay team in each classification at the state swim meet received all-state accolades.
