Cheyenne Central Volleyball Wrap-2019 [VIDEO]

After a 5 year absence, the Cheyenne Central volleyball team returned to the state tournament in Casper and found life a little bit rough on the big stage. The Indians lost to eventual 4A state champion Kelly Walsh in the opening round 3-0 and then were eliminated by Star Valley in the consolation round 3-0. This was a fairly young team with 3 seniors, one of them Shelby Murrell received all-state designation. Macy Palmer, another senior made the all-conference team. Ellie Fearneyhough was another senior on this Central squad, so the program will certainly miss those 3 but next year, Central will have 4 seniors and 4 juniors. Growth and progress will be the keys in 2020.
