Cody super-athlete Luke Talich put on a show at the Wyoming Track Classic on Friday as he won a pair of events. He ran 10.95 to take the 100-meter dash and went 22-11-75 to take the podium in the long jump. Last season at the 4A State Track Meet, Talich placed 2nd in the 100, 200 and the long jump and his 4x100 relay team took 3rd.

This guy excels at everything he does and is a preferred walk-on in football for Notre Dame. This past season for the Broncs in the gridiron at the quarterback spot, he threw for 1682 yards and 25 touchdowns and ran for 582 yards with 7 TDs.  Talich also registered 41.5 tackles on defense and was named All-State.

Talich was also an All-State performer in basketball as he averaged 11 points a game in his senior season. We caught up with him in Casper and he shared some thoughts on track, his senior season in football, and the road ahead.
