Week 5 of spring golf in Wyoming has six events on the schedule over two days this weekend. Teams will play mainly on Friday, but five are also slated to play on Saturday. Gillette, Kemmerer, Powell, Sundance, and Torrington will host on Friday. Moorcroft plays host on Saturday.

April 26, 2024

Gillette Spring Invite at Bell Nob G.C. – Buffalo, Campbell County, Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Kelly Walsh, Natrona County, Sheridan, Thunder Basin.

Sheridan's Camryn Wagner won the girls' title. Three boys shared the top honor: Joes Looby of Central, Garrett Spielman of Sheridan, and Isaac Schmidt of Kelly Walsh. The Sheridan girls and Campbell County boys finished 1st.

Kemmerer Spring Invite at Fossil Island G.C. – Evanston, Jackson, Kemmerer, Lyman, Pinedale, Rock Springs, Star Valley.

Marlee Torres and Maddi Brown of Evanston shared the girls' medalist honor and helped Evanston to the team title. Cade Brady of Evanston and Braxton Costello of Pinedale shared the boys' top honor. Evanston won the boys' team crown.

Powell Spring Invite at Powell G.C. – Big Horn, Cody, Lander, Lovell, Powell, Riverton, Ten Sleep, Thermopolis, Tongue River, Worland.

Lovell's Erika Cook and Lander's Hunter Kihn won the individual titles. The Lovell girls and Lander boys finished first in the team standings.

Sundance Spring Invite at Sundance C.C. – Lusk, Moorcroft, Sundance, Upton, Wright.

Savanah Peterson of Sundance and Upton's Logan Timberman were the medalists. Sundance won both team titles.

Torrington Spring Invite at Cottonwood G.C. – Cheyenne Central, Cheyenne East, Cheyenne South, Douglas, Glenrock, Green River, Kelly Walsh, Laramie, Natrona County, Rawlins, Torrington, Wheatland.

Bailey Watson of NC won by 3 shots in the girls' division. Josh Lane of KW won the boys' by 2 shots. Natrona County won the girls team title. Wheatland won the boys team crown.
