Isabelle Murdock of Green River Signs with CWC for Cross Country

Isabelle Murdock from Green River has been working hard in cross country as well as track and field throughout her prep career. She will be taking her abilities to Riverton and compete for Central Wyoming College.

In cross country, Murdock ran 21.39.57 at the 4A State Meet to place 37th, but she took 11th at the 2023 3A State Meet in 20.53.16. As a sophomore, Murdock took 16th at the 3A State Championships in 21.17.12 and finished 26th at State as a freshman.

She also ran in all three distance races at the 2025 4A State Indoor Track Meet, taking 15th in the 800, 16th in the 1600, and 26th in the 3200. In outdoor track in her senior season, she was 17th in the 4A 800 at the State Meet in 2.32.58 and set a PR at the 4A West Regional Meet in 2.31,58. Murdock also PR'd in the 400 at the Uintah Invitational in 1.04.46
