Last week one #1 ranked team took a huge tumble, while the other just got outvoted.

In the 4A polls,  Sheridan is back on top after former #1 Laramie stumbled twice last week. Friday night is #2 at #1 as the defending state champ Broncs host a team that has been quietly climbing up the ranks...Central, and the Indians won the first game in OT. Also on Friday, #3 Kelly Walsh and #5 Rock Springs do battle in Sweetwater County, with first place in the west up for grabs. Laramie drops to #4 and hopes to recover this week vs. South.

Buffalo reclaims the #1 spot from Jackson in the 3A poll, by 1 vote. Worland hols at #3, while Powell moves up to #4, and Torrington debuts at #5 after their upset win of Lander this weekend, kicking the Tigers out of the polls in the process. Not much action is scheduled this weekend, but all 3A eyes will be focused on Tuesday, May 1st, when #3 Worland plays at #1 Buffalo. Both teams have the weekend off to prepare for each other.
