Campbell County High School golfer Myah Hammerquist has signed on with Black Hills State in South Dakota. Hammerquist has displayed marked improvement on the course from her freshman to her senior. She took 33rd at the 4A State tournament in 2019, 23rd at state in 2020, 18th in 2021, and 15th in 2022.

The women's golf program at Black Hills State has several Wyoming connections. Craig Marsh, their head coach ran the Kelly Walsh High School program for many years and led the boys' and girls' teams to three state championships each during his tenure. The team currently has 3 former Wyoming high school players on their roster, Jocelyn Olson from Kelly Walsh, Cami Langley from Natrona, and Sheridan's Katie Jorgenson.
