Photofest! Southeast Wins Hard Fought Game over Moorcroft

The Southeast Cyclones made it 3 for 3 in 1A 9-man football after a rugged 24-12 road win over Moorcroft on Friday night. Moorcroft played hard which meant that Southeast had to match that physicality.

In the first half, Southeast put points on the scoreboard thanks to a punt return for a touchdown by Kannon Tippetts and a TD pass from Ayden Desmond to Cole Sauer. Now Cole Sauer took some snaps at quarterback as Desmond left the game with an injury, Sauer threw a touchdown pass and ran for another score in the 2nd half.

Southeast is 3-0 and will take on their arch-rival, the Lusk Tigers on Friday in Yoder. Moorcroft is 0-2 on the year with 2 narrow losses so far this season and they'll have a big challenge this week, heading to Pine Bluffs.
