Powell’s Jay Cox [VIDEO]

Powell runner Jay Cox had an unreal state track meet placing first in all the events he was entered in. Cox rallied to beat Cody Milmine of Buffalo to win the 400 meters in 49.58 and was the runaway winner in the 800 with a time of 1.59.68; the only guy in the field to break the 2 minute mark. Cox is one of the rare athletes that competes in distance races and sprints and wins them both. He was also on Powell's state championship 4x400 and 4x800 relays teams. Cox certainly surprised himself with that win in the 400.
