Riverton uber athlete Naya Shime made it official on Wednesday that she will be attending the University of Wyoming to play volleyball. Shime has big-hitting capability and is a 3-time all-state selection. She is also an outstanding track athlete and is the 4A state champion in the 100-meter hurdles and took 2nd in the long jump along with a 6th place finish at the high jump. In 2018, Shime won the 3A state championship in the 100 hurdles and the long jump. She led her Riverton volleyball team to the state tournament and a 4th place finish with an overall record of 27-11.
