Shoshoni Clinches #1 Seed from the 1A 9 Man West

The Shoshoni Wranglers remained unbeaten in 1A 9 Man West conference play after a big 54-6 win over Greybull on Friday, The Wranglers scored twice in the 1st quarter thanks to a 3 yard run from Pehton Truempler and a 15 yard run from Alex Mills. Greybull found the end zone on that opening quarter but that's all they could muster for the rest of the game.

Truempler tallied two more touchdowns in the 2nd quarter and sandwiched in between those was Trey Fike TD reception. In the 3rd quarter, Truempler rang up his 4th TD of the game, and Mills earned his 2nd.

Shoshoni with the win clinched the #1 seed from the West in 1A man and will conclude the regular season and have a Thursday game against Riverside. Greybull is 3-4 overall and 2-4 in conference play with a regular-season finale on Friday at Lingle. The Buffs will not make the playoffs this season.
