The Jackson Broncs swept the 2025 Wyoming High School Alpine Skiing State Championships last weekend at the Snow King Mountain Resort in Jackson. Dylan Witherite and Nico Tozzi won the two individual races and led their teams to another championship. For the Jackson girls, that is 16 consecutive titles. The Jackson boys streak is at 14 in a row.

Witherite edged out her teammate by 0.03 seconds for first place in the GS race. Her two-run combined time was 1:34.08. The Broncs rounded out the top five. Lily Steinberg was second at 1:34.11. Callie Owens took third, followed by Neve Pruzan and Ceci Bruno.

In the slalom last Saturday, Witherite had a more comfortable victory. She skied the two runs at 1:18.75 for the top spot on the podium. Teammate Annie Moll finished second at 1:21.47. Madeline Ryan placed third. Owens was fourth, and Pruzan was fifth.

Jackson scored a perfect 160 points over the two days in the team standings. Cody took second at 72 points. Pinedale was third with 33 points, followed by Natrona County (33), Kelly Walsh (25), and Laramie (13).

Tozzi posted two victories by good margins last Friday and Saturday. He won the GS at 1:27.65 and won by 2.36 seconds over teammate Lucas Goewert. Teddy Peightal finished third, Adi Wetzler was fourth, and Parker Patten came in fifth.

Tozzi dominated in the slalom and won by nearly seven seconds. His two-run combined time was 1:12.22. Peightal took second at 1:19.07. Jackson’s Lucas Milligan came in third place. Pinedale saw two skiers take fourth and fifth, respectively. James Tolson was fourth, followed by Dune Mecartney.

Jackson won the team title with 131 points. Pinedale was second at 83. Natrona County and Laramie tied for third at 43. Kelly Walsh (24) and Cody (18) finished off the team standings.
