Three Athletic Administrators Given National Honors

Coaching has its own rewards.

The National High School Athletic Coaches Association has named Gillette's Cliff Hill as the Athletic Director of the Year, Steve Mischke of Gillette as the Assistant Boys Coach of the Year and Terry Berg of Lander as the Golf Coach of the Year.

A number of other coaches were named as finalists for various awards and were nominated by the Wyoming Coaches Association.

Tim Gonzales (Mountain View) - Girls Assistant

Rich Murray (Lusk) - Boys Basketball

Rick Bishop (Cheyenne Central) - Cross Country

Jeff Brazil (Jackson) - Cross Country

Paul Kinner (Natrona) - Soccer

Rick Stonehouse (Cody) - Skiing

Mark Miller (Cheyenne Central) - Swimming

Mark Kelting (Gillette) - Track & Field

Glenn Freeburg (Guernsey-Sunrise) - Volleyball
