WCA Hall of Fame Inductee Scott Shaffer [VIDEO]

Scott Shaffer began coaching track in Cody back in 1998 and working with the pole vaulters was his specialty. He mentored 33 state champions and another 32 who finished 2nd. Shaffer worked with the boys and girls track programs at Cody as well as cross country. All told, those teams won 12 state titles with a runner-up finish 10 times. We talked with the guru of the pole vaulters at the Hall of Fame banquet in Casper on Friday night.
