Wind River Football Postgame Remarks

Wind River had something to prove on Thursday night in Pavillion and they displayed some grit and fortitude with a 28-21 win over Big Piney. This was a game that featured 2 of the top 3 ranked teams in 1A 9-Man football and it was matter who turned the most big plays.

Quarterback Cooper Frederick threw a TD pass on offense and had a pick-six on defense. Aidan Ruby caught a touchdown pass and returned a kick-off 98 yards to start the 2nd half.
