
Wind River’s Landon Rhyne Joins Wrestling’s 100-Win Club
Wind River junior Landon Rhyne got to 100 career wins earlier this week with a dual victory over an opponent from Lander in Pavillion. He improved to 29-6 this season at 126 pounds. Rhyne has placed first in two tournaments this season, the Joe Aimone Invitational and the Greybull Memorial Wrestling Tournament. He took third at the Ron Thon Memorial Wrestling Tournament. Rhyne is a three-year letter-winner and three-year state qualifier.
As a sophomore in 2024, Rhyne wrestled at 113 pounds and went 32-9. He won the 2A West Regional championship and placed fourth at state wrestling last year. As a freshman two years ago, Rhyne went 39-8 and was the 2A West Region champ and state runner-up at 106 pounds.
