Wyoming 2A Boys State Track Day 1 [VIDEO]

The 2A Boys State Track meet started with a sharp performance from Zach Simmons of RocktMountain who took the 3200 meter run with a time of 10.45.36. Hunter Skeens of Sundance was 2nd and Jason Barron of Tongue River took 3rd. The Big Horn team of Carson Bates, Ayden Phillips, Will Huckeba and Nathaniel Lydic won the 1600 sprint medley going away as they clocked 3.46.61. Wright was 2nd and Shoshoni 3rd. Dax Yerardi gave the Wright Panthers some points with a win on the pole vault as he cleared 14 feet 1. Zane Horrocks of Rocky was 2nd and Big Horn's Kade Eisele was 3rd. Pine Bluffs went 1-2 in the discus throw with Tucker Norman taking the podium with a toss of 151 feet 1 inch. James Merryfield was 2nd at 147-6 and Wrights Logan Robb was 3rd.
