Chance Franks of Powell is one of the most dynamic players in 3A Boys Soccer and one of the most dynamic players in the state for that matter. He's been a prolific goal scorer for the Panthers and will join the Casper College program in the fall.

Last season in his junior year, Franks rang up 15 goals, 7 assists with 37 points as Powell qualified for the 3A State Tournament. His heroics on the pitch started in his sophomore season with 17 goals and 20 assists from the wing and mid-forward position. Those are eye-popping numbers and could exceed those stats in his senior season. Powell is coming off a 4-3 shoot-out win over Cody their last time out and sits at 5-3 with 16 points. That mark leads the 3A West.

Back in 2022, Franks competed for the Wyoming team in the Norway Cup in Oslo which is the largest international youth soccer tournament in the world attracting some 1400 teams. Franks also ran cross country for Powell in his freshman year, qualifying for the 3A State Meet.

The Casper College men's soccer team is the defending Region IX champions in the junior college ranks which included an appearance in the NJCAA National Tournament.
