Wyoming Coaches Association Hall of Fame Inductee-Steve Harshman

Steve Harshman has enjoyed a tremendous amount of success as the head coach for the Natrona football team. The Mustangs have missed the playoffs just once since 1991 and won a state championship 7 times; in 1996, 1999, 2003, 2010, 2012, 2014, and 2018. In his tenure at NC, his teams have been among the most consistent in the state, regardless of classification.

Harshman was inducted into the Wyoming Coaches Association Hall of Fame in Casper and prior to landing the head coaching job at Natrona, he was the head coach in Delta, Colorado. He's a shining example of the hard work necessary to win at the high school level.
