Time is running out in the regular season. Class 4A has one week remaining in its regular season. Class 3A has two weeks left.

Teams in the top class are fighting for seeding at the regional tournaments. Teams in 3A are trying to reach a spot in the top four.

Teams are listed according to their conference point total first, and then by their overall point total. If a tie exists, teams are listed alphabetically unless a head-to-head result can break the tie.

4A Teams get 3 points for a win and 1 point for a tie.
