
Veil Foreman of Star Valley Committs to E. Oregon for Wrestling
Veil Foreman of Star Valley has enjoyed an impressive prep wrestling career, and that has earned her a spot at the college level at Eastern Oregon in La Grande. This past season, Foreman capped her career with a State Championship at 145 pounds with a win over Andie Gibson of Lander. Foreman rang up 4 falls at the State Tournament and finished the season 33-0.
She also won a State Championship in her sophomore season at 135 pounds with a victory over Danika Crumrine of Lovell in the title match. Foreman wrestled 38 times that season and won them all.

She's also been sharp at the prestigious Ron Thon Tournament in Riverton, taking 1st at 145 pounds in 2025, 1st at 135 in 2023, and 1st in 2022 in the 126-pound "B" division. Eastern Oregon is an NAIA institution that competes in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. The Mountaineers women's wrestling team took 21st at the NAIA National Championships.
